Very quaint and clean. . Beautiful courtyard. Staff does not speak much English and were not there to answer questions. Very convenient.

Al llegar tardaron mucho en recoger el carro para llevarlo a valet parking mi esposo estuvo dando vueltas en la calles asta que finalmente recogieron el carro para estacionarlo. La habitación no tenía agua y los del hotel no mandaron a alguien a resolver el problema. Solo se disculparon por teléfono y su solución fue usar cubetas con agua para el escusado del baño y usar su baño de servicio que estaba fuera de la habitación al bajar escaleras. Esto causó un retraso en nuestros planes de año nuevo. El lugar muy bonito y serca de la plaza pero no regresaría porque tuvimos una muy mala experiencia y falta de servicio del personal.

The rooms were not in good condition. There was very little hot water and no water pressure. Some of the furniture was broken inside and outside. It is obvious that the ownership does not put money into the property. The only I can say about the hotel is the staff And the grounds. It was also a good location.

La ubicación es excelente, el patio y la áreas comunes son muy bonitas pero lo criticables es que no cuenta con estacionamiento y el servicio con valet es muy caro, el baño al interior del cuarto no es bueno y la habitación tiene un domo que no se puede obscurecer

Hubo vasrias quejas por el agua caliente que no habia, se ve que requiere mantenimento en general. El admisnistrador nuevo aun no está al 100, solicité mi vehiculo al valet y mandor traer otro "pues se ocnfundió"

El servicio exelente solo que el cuarto que nos toco esta junto a la calle y fue muy ruidoso toda la noche con la gente que pasava, no tienen secadora de pelo, no televicion y

Charming boutique bed and breakfast hotel, well situated near shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The lovely staff and owners were attentive and warm. It’s a colonial house with a sweet sweet garden. The fact that it has only 11 rooms creates a feeling of home with guests and staff greeting each other in a familial and warm way.

The people that worked at Hotel Carmen were wonderful and the service was excellent. We loved our stay. It’s a beautiful location and very convenient to everything walking!

A true gem of a stay! Perfectly located one block from the main plaza. The breakfast was delicious. The bedding was perfect. The old colonial building is kept in very good shape. Beautiful inside courtyard. The staff was super courteous. We will most definitely go back.
