The best thermal waters in San Miguel de Allende

Nice place to get away and relax. Not too crowded, very quiet. Pools quite relaxing as heated by thermal waters. Attentive and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet, plenty of lunch and dinner options on the menu at reasonable costs. Rustic style but well kept.

Pool was exceptionally clean. Restaurant food could be better.

I liked the termal waters, I did not like that the place is very dated and needs maintenance.

It was great. Very nice room and service was got. Beautiful grounds and pools. The only exception was that there was WiFi only in the lobby and restaurant.

It was very good. The view is amazing. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the gardens and the quiet all the weekend.

This is a very classy place in all ways: staff friendliness and attentiveness; wonderful food, beautiful grounds, comfortable and lovely rooms, and access to mineral spring pools. The only downsides were that the resort is 15 or 20 minutes from San Miguel (they provide free transportation to the center) and that the big swimming pool is quite warm for swimming. It is definitely a vacation destination, in itself, especially if you have children.

My family enjoyed the stay. The pool with thermal water was assome to start the day swimming with water at 100F. Then horse ride with the kids and finally finished with outstanding breakfast. The best place to have a excelent time for yourself disconnect from busy life. Fully recommend for families, retirees or young couples... we really enjoyed!

Room got two air conditionings ... none of them worked. Wifi did not work. No spa available. Towells were VERY old and hard and used. Bar at pool closed at 5:30 pm. Breakfast very good.

Everything was great. The pools were clean. Food was good.

We enjoyed the pools with our 4-year olds. Perfect for adults and children. Food was not extraordinary but fine. Good beds. Ample towels. Very attentive and experienced staff in the dining room. We love the old trees and rustic feel. Been going on and off for almost 40 years. Feels like home.

It's a very nice place and very beautiful. Staff was polite and food service was great as will.
