Everything was nice and easy

Antes de Las 10am alguien de limpieza entro a la habitación mientras nosotros seguíamos acostados. Me parece que pudieron hablar antes por teléfono a la habitación para preguntar si seguíamos ahí.

Clean room. Spacious. Quiet. Safe. Exactly like the photos. Highly recommend.

Great location, everything was taken care of for each night.

Staff service was excellent. Rooms are big. Decoration is really nice. Superb location. It's a bit noisy at night, though.

Restroom kind of on the small side.

I really wanted to rate higher as I did think it was great for the value. However the rooms restroom had a foul odor throughout my stay I addressed it with front desk they didn’t seem to care. Overall the front desk staff seemed uptight especially the male ones. The pool bar staff were the best. I’d definitely stay again if they fixed the odor in rooms restroom #514

The front staff was very nice. The room was dirty and it was horrible they allow people like it was a cheap motel. ⁰ please run away of this awfulness hotel.

Great ambiance as well as the space of the rooms and amenities. The floor of the room however was not clean (feet got dirty on the first night) and staff could be a little bit more charismatic. Other than that it was great all around

The room was never cleaned completely nor the shampoo or the lotions were refilled even when em were close empty.

Housekeeper was outstanding! Staff at the front desk were always helpful and kind. But most importantly everything was walking distance and the location was safe and peaceful!

The rooftop bar and pool was amazing The staff was super nice and loved the patio and little shops connected

It was a beautiful venue. Pool did not seem heated or it was too early to feel it (8:30am but opened at 7am). Couch in room had a stain, was worried I’d be charged so I took a pic. The staff was not as friendly as I’m used to from Mexico, seemed more aloof than attentive, at any given time of day.
