The room is a bit narrow but it fits. The hotel location is also ok.

My 2nd time stayed here. The room was small, but the bathroom was so spacious. The location is near the station and surrounded by a lot of shops and restaurants.

Good location right in the middle of the crowd but the room is not clean now unlike the old Gracery days and many of the ice cubes and water on each floor are broken. The breakfast is now only 2 restaurants, 2 in the past but flexible if it's too late to be replaced with alacarte and the food is plentiful and delicious.

The hotel staff is very friendly. When we wanted to go to Disneyland and return to Narita airport. They immediately provide information on the fastest routes and transportation.👍👍. The hotel is in the city center and below it is a 711 which is open 24 hours😄👍

The staffs provide free early check-in without any expenses. It is a place to stay in the heart of Shinjuku, convenient for traveling to various places. The surrounding area of the accommodation is quite crowded. There is a restaurant open 24 hours.

When checking in/out there was no bellboy to help carry the suitcases to the room even though the hotel is a star hotel, when we entered the room we could smell an unpleasant smell, the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable and hard, making it impossible for us to sleep, fortunately the location and surrounding links were good because the access and places to eat and entertainment were close by.
