This hotel is very clean, and quiet, and also has an easy check-in process. The staff was friendly and helpful. I always enjoy my stays here. We had forgotten some small items in the room and we were so grateful that they were set aside for us to pick up. This is my go-to hotel and I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone travelling to Saskatoon!

Staff checked after about an hour to ensure we had what we needed and all was well.

Excellent service from front desk and manager that made up for poor housekeeping and bad property condition issue. Toilet did not flush in first room. Front desk stafd helped me move my stuff into second room. Unfortunately house keeping left unflushex toilet paper and yellow stains on toilet seat in second room. Front desk staff went above and beyond scope of his job and came up to my room at 2 am to clean off yellow stain on toilet seat.

Shower in the room had poor temperature control. Despite not touching the dial, the water would go ice cold or scalding hot. Guests above stomped on the floor till midnight which was then followed by a large crowd of drunk men at 0400hrs coming from from the bar. Walls are thin enough you could hear someone vomiting last nights memories. Otherwise, decent hotel

We didn’t have breakfast- however everything else was excellent

Bed sheet appeared clean but had a hair on it that was a very different color than my own hair. I took a shower and my skin was really dry. There was no lotion in bathroom/room. Overall still a good stay. Was my second time staying here. I have another reservation booked in two weeks. Hope room cleanliness and amenities are better next time.

The front desk staff were very friendly and made us feel welcomed as soon as we walked in, room is very nice and very clean. We would definitely come back to this hotel again
