Pros: Location next to Incarail (although I would not suggest Incarail) Breakfast Easy check in Had oxygen (if you ask for it, they didn't offer this at check in) Located a short walk away from Nina Rumi the most amazing Peruvian food we had on the entire trip! Cons: Bed is lopsided, I almost rolled off twice while I was sleeping. The toilets are noisy. You just hear the sound of toilets filling almost constantly. Don't accidently leave anything behind bc you will never hear from them again. I made the mistake and forgot my phone charger. I wrote them through WhatsApp after realizing my mistake which was about an hour after checkout. I didn’t hear from them so I replied back through hotels.com and also on Atiq’s website. I still did not hear from them no problem I’ll be passing through again in two days. I came back and they said they found nothing, which is really irritating because I know I left it there. I also asked what the best way to communicate with them since I did not hear back on any of the platforms I wrote them on. The front desk person did not have an answer for me.

We booked for one night after Machu Picchu tour and opted for the room with the jacuzzi tub. It is the only way to go!

Do not recommend this place. We got very late at night and they didn’t have soap, toilet paper, shampoo or conditioner in the room. One of the bed pillows was disgustingly dirty. The bed rest was worn out and there were ants in the walls near the bed. Honestly I would not recommend anybody to stay here. I know we did not expect a 5 star hotel based on what we paid. But they should take care of the basic things a “hotel” should expect.

They need to do something about their management! On Expedia says the check in is ant 1 but ant hotel they check you in ant 2 pm. Each time, I want to go to the room the key was not working then I need to ask for another key replacement. The room service was awful, you go to the room after either they forgot the towels, shampoos, something else. Then you need to go all the way downstairs after spending the whole day hiking for clean towel and shampoos. The curtains were not closing all the was because the needed to be replaced so early in the morning while you were trying to catch more asleep you could feel sun light on your face. The hotel is close to an arena for festivals so once in a while you could hear loud music at night, because the room are not soundproof. There is no elevator so you need to climb some stairs to reach to your room. In morning at 7 am you go for breakfast, once in while the chef was not there and we needed to wait for 30 mins for the chef to arrive while they were mentioning the breakfast time is at 7 am. The property is about 15 mins walk to main square. However, overall staff were nice!

MOLD, bathroom had a lot of mold ALL OVER the grout between the tiles, top to bottom , is crear they don’t clean well, the fan from the shower was completely covered with dust, splashes on the mirrors the one in the bathroom and the one in the room, finger prints on the furniture, and the tv had no way of accessing anything to watch, icon for Netflix was there but when clicking nothing was happening, no local Channels, plug in the bathroom was not working. So I paid for 2 nights and we staid only one, hotel refused to refund for the night we didn’t stay there.

Very easy checkin. Easy to find just off plaza mayor de armes. Easy food, massage and pretty much everything right on the square and one or two streets down.

The room was very spacious with a nice bed, sitting areas and desk. The lobby is very tiny, adjacent to the lobby there is a an eating area where they serve breakfast, lunch etc., can be used as a waiting area since the lobby is so small. they need to change the carpet on the stair s.

This hotel is very dated and does not have any accessibility options. Including our room was in the third floor and we had to walk up a flight of stairs. We actually had to ask the guy out front to bring our suitcases up as it was not offered from the get-go. The location is great.

This place is not nearly as boutique as it’s advertised! When we got into the room, the closet shelves were full of dust, haven’t been clean in weeks! The curtains were also full of dust! The towels had seen a much better days too. The shower head was so plugged up with debris that the water barely trickled until I unscrewed it and cleaned. Safe didn’t work at all. Even after we complained- it wasn’t fixed. That was the ugly part. The bad part: breakfast is the same every day! Eggs scrambled or omelette, fruit bowl and a yogurt with some granola…. The good: location is great, walking distance from the main areas with restaurants and historical sites.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage for 3 days in the hotel's storage room when we went to Machu Pichu. We also had packed breakfast ready at 3:30 am when we were taking early morning tours. The restaurant of the hotel was also very nice too! The only thing that can be improved is the water pressure in the shower as it wasn't enough.

Pros: Great location. About 5 min away from Plaza de Armas. complimentary breakfast was a ham or veggie egg omelette, coffee or orange juice, toast and yogurt with granola it was pretty good. Staff was friendly and helped us store our luggage after checking out while we waited for our bus to arrive. Cons: Shower was moldy, when we arrived there was a dirty towel inside of the shower. Hotel is very noisy and you can hear everything going on around you.

The hotel is place in a very strategic street near the Cuzco Plaza de Armas. Close to everything. Safe and comfortable. The employees, specially the front desk guy (I can’t remember his name ) were super helpful with any need we had. My family was very happy and thankful for chosen this hotel for my Cuzco stayed.
