Love this chain hotel with free breakfast. Walkable distance from Kurashiki station. Free bike rental is a plus for me to move around in Bikan historic area.

The bath tub stink of sweat from previous customers, putting lemon powder from another hotel doesn’t help either

Was generally good,location is fine,service fair,and the room not very spacy

hotel rather old and the room is bit small for 3 person. But location is good for Outlet Park and some other shopping area. Free parking is also nice for driving guests.

Clean, comfortable for a one night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful with directions for good dinner options. Just opposite to a Familymart convenience store. Breakfast was good.

You must prepare taxi 700Yen each way from station to hotel, it's not good if you can't have trip plan well. But free breakfast and nice staff.

前の方のゴミがベッド下にありました掃除していただけたらありがたいです。 その他はとても良かったです。

無料の朝食はありがたいですがすぐ無くなって補充するのも遅いので残念です。無料だから仕方ないのかな。 シャワー浴びる時カーテンをバスタブの中に入れて浴びてもなぜか下がビチョビチョになる。濡れないように気をつけてもダメです。

飲んだ次の日でしたが、本当に良かったです。

岡山へ行く時は何度か利用しています。 部屋も清潔ですし、何より無料バイキングの朝食付きが嬉しいです。
