The suite had everything we needed. Clean, great decoration

The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The staff were communicative, courteous, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It included all the things you could really ask for: A king-sized bed, two nightstands with drawers, a desk with a chair, a side table next to the desk, big closet with an iron for clothes, plenty of lighting. It had an air conditioner that worked on demand, and I felt like I was able to sleep comfortably sometimes with it off during the middle of the night when it cools down (did not want to overwork the air conditioner). There were even a glass door, screen door and balcony with a small concrete bench. I really liked the kitchenette and the fact that it included a refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, plates and cookware. It was very spacious and nice. The bathroom was nice and spacious as well, having a tall section of compartments to store your hygiene products. There was a small mat next to the shower, so you would not have to use any towels to dry the floor. There was also a small window above the shower for releasing the steam and getting fresh air. This hotel provides the best value for what you pay for, as I quickly realized Cabo San Lucas was definitely not cheap overall. As if the hotel was not enough, I enjoyed eating some meals at San Lucero Restaurant & Wine Bar next door with a 25% discount for staying at the hotel.

I had returned after a year and it still remains remarkable. It is not one of these huge beach hotels but a small friendly and creatively designed boutique hotel at a fairly quiet location and in convenient walking (uphill!) distance from the city center and IGY marina. The restaurant serves wonderful high quality and beautifully presented food (not cheap- but good value). It now closes at 4 p.m., but there is plenty of good alternatives in walking distance. Full recommendation!

Way more than I expected for the price! Cute room with nice kitchen and lots of storage and unique fixtures. Bed was firm but comfortable and the attached restaurant was great for dinner and drinks at night and coffee in the morning

The staff were amazing. Loved the quaint and cozy room. It had everything we needed for 10 days. The rooms were very clean and well taken care of every day. Traffic was noisy at peak times (rush hour) but quiet otherwise. Restaurant staff were 10/10… we ended up eating breakfast there several days because the staff was so friendly and the food well priced and amazing. One of the highlites of our trip.

The room was clean and in very good condition. The kitchenette with mini fridge was appreciated. Bed was comfortable and bathroom and shower were very good. The breakfast in the attached restaurant were superb The staff were exceptional as well.. I would defintely stay here again.

Very clean and neat hotel with pleasant staff. Our view from the balcony was over a dirt parking lot, and was also noisy with a lot of traffic noise. However when sitting at the kitchen counter and looking out there are mountains in the distance and pretty city lights at night. I think the floor above has better views. We didn't use the pool during our stay as it is little small and awkward, with the restraurant built around small courtyard looking onto it. The restaruart is good and offers 25% discount to hotel guests. The kitchen is a bit under equipped for making meals. We had to ask for a kitchen knife, which was provided, but is fine otherwise. The bathroom and shower were spacious. Parking is easy and secure. Umbrellas and towels are provided for the beach. 15 min walk to the Marina and 20 to Medano beach. We drove 20 min to Chileno and Santa Maria beach, which were great but offer no food or drink, so be sure to take some with you. Be aware that restraruants chargd US prices for food and drink. Overall we had a great vacation in Cabo and think the hotel offers decent value for money.

Honestly I felt like this was misleading. This place was advertised as being in “central downtown”. What they conveniently forgot to mention was that there is no downtown and it’s a hood with graffiti and trash everywhere. Streets are narrow so u basically risk ur life to walk anywhere. It seems evident that the people running this city only focused on the marina. While this isn’t directly their fault, I felt somewhat mislead when I arrived. The rooms were fine and food was overpriced.

Room 208 was right next to the enterance of the kitchen and there’s no wall in between the balcony and kitchen door so all of the kitchen workers could see into the hotel room which made it a little uncomfortable since I could only change clothing in the bathroom, and during the morning the restaurant kitchen is insanely loud which is normal for a restaurant kitchen but the lack of a wall to separate the balcony from the restaurant kitchen made the entire apartment loud from 6am to 10pm ( we had a lot of trouble sleeping from this and even had to buy a later checkout due to being so sleep deprived) it was just an uncomfortable experience being able to make eye contact with the restaurant staff through the window while inside my private room, as well as knowing any noise I made would also be heard by the restaurant staff.

Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, and the food and service at the adjacent restaurant were top notch.
