Thank God, it didn't disappoint. I stayed at Madukoro. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was also friendly. One night, we experienced a problem with the TV not turning on, and after reporting it to reception, it was immediately resolved. Hopefully, Jawa Dwipa will be even more successful in the future and many more visitors will make it their favorite destination.

I've stayed at Jawa Dwipa several times and overall, it's been great: clean rooms, delicious food, and easy access to Tawangmangu on the main road. The hotel's cleanliness and lighting could be improved.

The location is decent. The room is nice and spacious because it's on the mezzanine. Since there was an event in the ballroom the next morning, parking was difficult. I arrived past 2 p.m., but the room wasn't ready yet. When I got inside, the floor was still wet. The food variety was minimal, and refills took a long time.

It was so noisy, I couldn't rest. The sound system wasn't turned off until after 9 a.m. We complained to the receptionist four times, but they ignored us. We were forced to go directly to the venue and get angry, and then they turned it off.

I stayed overnight in Shinta's room. Wow, as soon as I opened the door in the morning, I saw the mountains. I really liked the royal vibe. Best concept!

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is also quite good. The room is open air-conditioned but still cool because it is geographically in the upper area. It's a shame that you can't smoke in the room, but if someone smokes outside, they can still enter the room. It smells so bad 😭 The wifi is also really slow I ordered Janaka with a king bed. There is a mezzanine upstairs but it's empty, just a waste of space. The floor of the room was not mopped properly. Wasn't it rinsed with water? It's sticky like it was just mopped with soap. The bathroom is also poorly maintained, there is still moss in the bathtub and some stones in the shower hole, be careful if there are any sharp ones that can hurt you. If you go through the stairs to the reception, why does it smell bad? It smells like a septic tank but it's a bit different. So it's not comfortable to go through there because of the smell. Overall, it's fine to stay here. There is a swimming pool and the place is spacious with greenery

Overall, the Pandawa Room is well worth the price. It doesn't have air conditioning, but the room temperature is comfortable and cool. The room isn't particularly soundproof and is quite noisy due to its location next to the main road.

I booked at Madukara VIP on the 2nd floor with luggage and children, there should be a staff member to deliver or help carry at least, because there is no elevator. From the afternoon until the early morning there was a very loud dangdut music from somewhere. Those who want a quiet vacation are not comfortable. The room has no AC, I thought it would not be a problem because it turns out that Tawangmangu is also hot 🥲🥲 sweating at night is very uncomfortable. The bidet water doesn't work 😭😭😭 the shower is leaking and the bath up has black plaster 😭😭 the location is easy to access because it is on the side of the main road.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. The hotel is located on the main road in Temanggung and features a classic red brick building. The swimming pool is spacious and the breakfast is quite good. So far, my stay at Jawa Dwipa Heritage has been good.
