This is a comfortable, clean hotel with the most gracious and helpful staff imaginable!

Very clean, well situated hotel to many Tuscan hotspots. Amazing view from our room of neighboring hilltop villages. Kind of magical stuff. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We had a massage as well and so glad we did. Completely relaxing and rejuvenating. The attached restaurant had very good food as well. We ate there both nights of our stay.

The property is overall good. We booked a classic room and it was comfortable and clean. Great the brakfast. We had a dinner at restarant it was good but the portion are a bit small .

Our room had a wonderful view , the bathroom was very nice and the staff were so helpful and attentive. However, the bed was not comfortable and the linens a little stiff.

poor service. staff does not know what they are doing. short staffed? very polite and pleasant but inefficient. will not return unless management changes

Hotel is situated in quiet village. Staff did everything they could to accomodate our needs. Great little gem!

L'équipe est extrêmement gentille et à l'écoute des clients. La circulation des motos la nuit après minuit est tres bruyante et désagréable, du moins si vous dormez fenêtre ouverte sans boule quies.
