Sadly we cannot adjust the air-con based on season outside, so we need and recommend by the staff to open the window whole night until morning to get the cool air from outside

No comment, all good because this hotel has a laundry mart and is near all shops, food, etc.

Had a very comfortable stay. Everything is clean. The staffs are very helpful and even helped me in getting a taxi to the airport. Most of them speak in English, which is very convenient. This hotel is walking distance to the train station, which is a plus for me. Will surely stay again in this hotel in my next visit to Tokyo

The pillows are thin and the internet is very slow and often cannot connect.

The hotel is good. Very clean. Like in the picture, convenient to travel, not far. But when booking, have to check carefully. They have many APA. Staff are good, speak English fluently. There are cleaning staff every day.

The hotel is very comfortable, complete with everything, even a hair tie, always cleaned, the staff are friendly. The station is pretty 15 minutes to walk when it's relaxed, but the area in the middle of the Shinjuku area is really delicious, too many halal meals.

For me as an asian man, I think the room is very comfortable yet tidy. Even though the room is a little bit small. Hospitality is great too. And the place is very strategic. Near the train station. ExceIlent place to stay. Totally recommend.

It’s nice! And affordable for smoking room. I love the bed so much, only the pillow is too flat

Overall it's good since I am alone the room feel okay and I like how comfy the bed is!

1.) Can't ask for high-end accommodation 2.) Can't check out at 12:00. 3.) Check out at 10 o'clock in the morning can not leave luggage. The hotel does not accept luggage for customers.

Room a tad too small for 3 of us (2 adult 1 toddler) but I guess it's a standard thing in the city. Overall it was an okay stay. They'll charge you 1000 yen for every hour of extra stays, so there's an option for an early check in or extend your checkout. Quite a strategic place to go basically anywhere since the train station are 10-15mins away only. Oh and this place is happen to be very near to Ktown, Had an awesome hotteok too while we were there.

Close to the higashi shinjuku metro station, close to shib okubo and shinjuku station, many stores nearby including don quijote

Clean hotel, close to Shin Okuba station, many restaurat, food street, shoping mall and Kabukicho area

Fun for the room even though it's small. To the station there is no elevator so we have to get luggage. So sad.

Even the room is small but worth it if compare with the room rate and the hotel location.

Only a very small 9 square meter room.
