Clean room, perfect location

Great room, with a lovely view. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Bar and restaurant had great food and drinks. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and shower/bathroom was fully equipped. Pillows were a little firm and TV did not provide streaming capability.

This is an older hotel with a rustic mountain cabin ambience. Our room felt a bit dated, but it was extremely clean. The hotel felt a bit isolated to us but the view from its deck was awe inspiring. The reception and pub staff were extremely friendly and efficient. Our meals in the pub were extremely tasty, with generous portions and nice presentation. We thought the prices were very reasonable too.

I had dinner only the one night there and was really good. I really enjoyed the sauna/ and steam room area…so nice after a long day!

I recently stayed at the Coast Hillcrest Hotel while traveling between Vancouver and Calgary during a move, and it turned out to be an excellent experience. I was especially surprised (and very relieved) that their pet policy allowed cats, as I was traveling with two. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that welcome cats, so this made a big difference for me and made the move far less stressful. Check-in and check-out were both seamless—quick, efficient, and handled professionally. After a long day of travel, that level of ease is truly appreciated. Both the lounge and restaurant offered really good food and the property itself is beautiful. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic, making it a great place to relax and recharge during a long journey.

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Had a great sleep after a long drive. Nice outdoor hottub. The property isn’t that walkable in to town but also very quiet because if that. The restaurant was amazing. We had been in Paris the week prior and the food at this hotel was on par or better. They did have full pub fare but we ordered from the dining room menu and had it in the pub. Amazing steak and Duck Confit with some tasty appetizers. Great service and a beautiful view of the river valley. Played some pool on their pool table and left early with a complimentary coffee in the morning. I’ve also had excellent stays at the Coast hotel chain and this one exceeded all expectations.

Have stayed at this hotel previously and it is always a delight. The rooms are clean and well appointed, staff always friendly and the restaurant is very good.

Property and room was clean. On site restaurant had an area that was pet friendly and the view from the hot tub is beautiful

We arrived late so unfortunately couldn’t check out the restaurant or the pool etc, but the hotel itself is very nice and new and clean with a beautiful view. Worth being a little ways out of town - might actually be preferable. Staff very kind and helpful. Dog friendly also which we appreciated. Would stay again.
