For the service, everything is really good, my room type was suddenly sold out, I immediately upgraded and the room was very comfortable, actually there are several types of breakfast menu, but it was tasteless, not salty enough, not savory enough like hospital food for me who has a Sumatran tongue heehehe.. Legend hotel in Bogor City, the check in process is easy and very fast for a fairly clean room, can be on the 5th floor, unfortunately the AC is not very cold, the food at breakfast pavi is quite varied

Even though it is an old hotel, it is very comfortable and nice.

It is recommended that rooms available for the super executive city view room type are adjusted to the number of rooms sold on the application, so that when you book the room you will actually get a city view, not a back view.

The hotel is located right opposite the Palace; after breakfast, you can take a nice walk around the palace. It is a beautiful hotel, very neat and clean, with friendly and helpful staff. If I ever come back to Bogor, I will definitely book there. For me, it was a stopover on the way to Bandung and Yogyakarta.

This is our third staycation at Hotel Salak. The first time was in 2018, and the kids were impressed, so we returned in 2021 and again on April 3-4, 2026. The cleanliness is good, the room facilities are complete, and the food is delicious. Children under 6-12 years old get an additional breakfast of 62,500. The only downside is that there's no smart TV, but otherwise, it's okay.

I enjoy every facility they provided, but unfortunately, there's something they can improve. Everything was perfect until I asked them to make up my room. I left my glass open, and I used it a day before. When I asked them to make up my room, I hoped they could clean it or replace it with a new one. Turns out they just put back the glass to its place. When I wanted to use the glass, I saw my drink was drying at the bottom of the glass. Even I can smell the dried leftover drink on the glass. I'm upset at that time, and I feel worried to use any other amenities. Hopefully, they can improve the hygiene standard after this.

The staff is friendly, the place is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the hotel is clean. Although it's an older hotel, it still looks very well-maintained and clean, so there's no hint of spookiness. The breakfast food is also varied and delicious.

The view is quite nice. The staff is friendly, the hotel is well-located, and the amenities are complete, including ironing facilities nearby. Unfortunately, the TV isn't a smart TV.

On Thursday night, when we went out of the hotel, the environment was safe. The security and FO welcomed us back from our walk in a friendly manner. We also asked for help taking photos. The results were good. The room and the area outside the room were clean and comfortable.
