Room was clean and well appointed. We arrived early and the reception staff were great getting our luggage stored for the day. Very friendly team here and service was excellent. Included breakfast was awesome and it was great value for money.

The hotel was just the right size, not a huge conglomerate but very comfortable, & welcoming! We would absolutely choose to stay there again!! The Room had a room safe, was always clean & large enough with a king bed & a little built in sofa, for relaxing on. There is also a small balcony with nice views of the city. There is a lovely pool & lounging area with nice comfy furniture/towels/washrooms etc. Location was very good for exploring for stores & restaurants etc. The restaurant/bar was excellent for the staff/service, with fantastic food choices. Daily buffet breakfasts were included with lots of choices for many things. We ate most of our dinners there, as the food was well presented, great choices & reasonably priced. The Executive Hotel was just what we hoped for!!

After check in, everything was good. Nice, clean room, but very perfumed. Had to open the balcony doors for a while to air it out. Good restaurant. Room was quiet and even had a nice little balcony. We checked in a little after 3 pm. They asked us to wait for “5 minutes” in the lobby. I assumed (because we were sitting right in front of them) that they would tell us when the room was ready. After 30 mins and seeing others check in and get keys, we approached the desk and they immediately checked us in. So, if they ask you to wait 5 mins, you need to go back up in 5 mins. Don’t assume they will beckon you back to the desk.

The location was great. The room was fine and the breakfast was very good. Even though there were two people on the reservation when we arrived there was one towel, one hand towel, one washcloth and no water in the fridge. Also there was a leak in the hallway on the 6th floor near our room and they had a huge noisy fan running all day and night.

Staff was wonderful! Great place in the heart of it.

Good customer service

Great little spot. I was hesitant to book because it’s a budget option, but I was impressed with the value for the price. The hotel was clean, nice looking and well run. The bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Staff was great, rooms were ok and clean. Breakfast was good, coffee fresh and hot at anytime so overall excellent stay. Did advertise an airport shuttle which was not available, but taxis @ 30 were available.

Quiet room, good breakfast

The room was perfectly clean, the staff were great and the food was quite good and reasonably priced. This was my second stay and I recommend the place. The gym and pool are a terrific add on.

Highly recommended. Cant beat the location, quality and best of all the price.
