This is an older hotel but it has been upgraded and the rooms were very nice and comfortable with all the amenities I needed. Great central location with lots of stuff within walking distance

The room I got was right by staff room and vending machine and it smelled like wet dog and it was a bit noisy

Staff are friendly. Room clean. Bathroom fan does not work and the HVAC is very oisy.

The staff were very helpful but the Expedia reservation didn’t appear on the hotels booking system. It took a lot of work to get checked in

Such a great hotel with the best comfiest beds and bedding and pillows! So nice and clean and amazing breakfast.

The only suggestion we have for this hotel is to enlarge their parking …very small. You can park across from their property at the mall

Great and friendly staff! Clean rooms and gym area! Easy check in and 24/7 staff available. Shopping very close and easy to walk too and beautiful scenery and sea wall walk !!

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was clean & comfortable. Property is close to all amenities.

Everything was good. Free parking, close to shopping, restaurants, theatre, marina. Ferry. Clean standard rooms, double Queens, no microwave. .

It was a convenient overnight stop for our visiting in Campbell River. We were only there to sleep and have breakfast the next day.

Great staff, nice rooms. The breakfast attendant didn't realize the heaters for the food had gone out and everything was cold. I would recommend better attention to that.

Staff auper mean tried to say there was complaints for loudness when we woke up to a call from customer sevice asleep saying they will call the cops if we dont keep it down when we were out the days there and more then quite

This is my favourite hotel in Campbell River! The staff is wonderful and the amenities are great. I will always recommend staying here.

Clean room, good customer service, breakfast was great. Overall stay was very satisfactory.

Only had our room cleaned once ,no garbage pick up had to put the garbage in the hall to get picked up ,had to ask for coffee and cups and towels everyday . When say they would delivery things never happened . We stayed for 6 days .
