We also regret the shortcomings you encountered in the bathroom, including the shower pressure, lack of adjustable fixtures, the condition of the shower curtain, and the towels. Your feedback regarding the absence of a hand towel has also been noted and shared with our housekeeping team for immediate improvement.
Additionally, we are sorry for the maintenance issues you described, particularly the non-functioning drawer lights and the limited view due to building obstruction. While some structural aspects may be unavoidable, we understand how this can impact your overall experience.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the swimming pool area. Safety and comfort are very important to us, and your feedback about the layout will be carefully reviewed by our management team.
