Great location, staff were brilliant, couldn’t have been more helpful, happy to give advice regarding places to go and how to get there. Rooms were clean, breakfast had plenty of choice and service was friendly and quick. Second time we have been here and would certainly go back

The location, cleanliness and staff were all great! The only complaint is that there is a lot of road noise.

We loved our stay here! The staff were all so kind and helpful in every way! The room was a bit small and we wished there was a vanity in the bathroom but other than that we loved our stay here! Proximity of property is perfectly located!

Centrally located from most of the main tourist sites, it is only about a 10-15 minute to most of them. Safe neighborhood and rooms are secure. Burger King is next door. We never had breakfast there since it was a little expensive and just ate at a local cafe instead. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The young woman that greeted me was amazing, very helpful with giving us ideas to travel through the city. She also suggested a restaurant which we ate at twice. She made the city look easy to get around. The room was great, bed and linen were amazing.

Front desk staff were Amazing.Walked into neighbouring building and our room. Helped us carry bags up the stairs. Breakfast was great as we ordered whatever eggs we wanted. Location was perfect, walked to the colosseum, Spanish steps, the pantheon. Only negative was construction to store next door which woke us both mornings at 8, and went on most of the day, which was challenging with jet lag. We didn’t know how to contact staff to request more pillows or a new hair dryer without walking to the main building. Mattress was very hard.

The staff was great Daniela at the front desk was awesome. She arranged by airport transfer the place is clean, but I would definitely recommend some earplugs. I do a lot of traveling so I’m prepared. I stayed at the top of the stairs. The room was a little noisy, but the staff was great. We spent one night in the suite and that room was really nice. I would probably stay here again, very convenient location.

The location was good. Lack lustre with no view of anything but the street….but in a good location for walking to Trevi. The room I was in was more of a seperate entity and actually down the street from the office. It was an unmarked door that appeared to be in more of an apartment building than part of the actual hotel. It was odd. When I first arrived I had no hot water and no wifi. A quick visit to the office and the lady at the front had it all fixed within a few hours. The room itself was large and spacious. No extras were given (not even bottled water). I am not sure for the price I paid that I would stay again. There are a few other hotels a block over that seemed to be a better value.

We stayed in the annex because they were suppose to be larger and less stairs but the rooms are not big at all. It was more like a one bedroom with a bathroom for 1 person. Not a studio or efficiency due to no kitchen. Imagine if you live in the United States and you have a bedroom for your child and your child may have an onsite small bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink. Additionally the rooms was suppose to be on the first floor however, to get there you have to walk up about 30 or more marble like stairs. The lady at the front desk was very nice to take our luggage up the steps and she was struggling, but leaving we had to do it and you have to be very careful because we both almost broke our suitcases. It was very difficult. The Spanish steps, the fountain and shopping, even the high-end stores were 10 - 15 minutes away walking. If you need taxi please use Uber or you will never get one. The train is not far but you will have to take a Uber. We actually took the train for an hour and was in Florence Very beautiful and the food was so delicious. Great mini day trip. Overall the room was beautiful but small. Hope this helps you

This was the most fun and beautiful little boutique hotel just minutes from the Trevi Fountain. Such a perfect location on a quiet street. We loved the people, wonderful breakfast and location!
