The staff were so friendly! Hotel very clean and very comfortable bed! Location good for beach bars and restaurants.

What a lovely friendly hotel, where you don't feel like just a number. Staff all very friendly & helpful, especially the 2 reception staff we dealt with. Good choice of breakfast options, but a little regimented, in that you could only choose certain options. Bedroom was a good size & clean. Bathroom the same. Some niggles/suggestions, some of which apply to most hotels we've stayed in: Need larger bath towels. More shelf/storage space in the bathroom. Soft closing toilet seat. Better soap/shower gel/shampoo.

Good clean friendly run hotel on the outskirts of palma nova. Nice and quiet and only a 10 minute stroll to the beach.Great breakfast with plenty of options. No wifi in my room but everywhere else was good.

From check-in to checkout the hotel was fab as per previous reviews it definitely deserves more than 2 star. Rooms are massive and modern. Even space for me to do a handstand in ☺️🤸 Staff were so lovely and accommodating. Really close to beach I will definately stay here again ☺️

It was really good trip and stay as well.. Really recommend for everyone. We enjoyed it. No complaints.

Superb little hotel, great staff, comfortable and clean beds, breakfasts cooked from scratch, all in all a great place to stay

The thing about this hotel is the remarkable friendliness of the management and their staff. I have travelled extensively and rarely been met with such genuine smiles and willingness to make sure you have a good holiday. Breakfast is great value as are the drinks in the 24 hour bar. Just some 300 metres from the beach and all Palma novas attractions, what more could you want.

We visited the hotel end of July that is a very hot period for Mallorca! unfortunately the fun was not enough to cool the room and the lack of a fridge made us struggle with the heat. otherwise the room was clean every day, the staff very friendly and our overall stay very pleasant! a good economic solution!!!

Value-For-Money! 👍 Vi havde ikke de største forventninger, da vi ankom, men Waaoouuww hvor en service, lækker morgenmad, dejligt poolområde, prisvenlig bar og dejligt personale - og alt sammen til en meget “venlig” pris. Kommer gerne igen!

Super personnel d’accueil, les serveurs, barman et cuisto ! Peut-être proposer des sachets de thé et café dans les chambres ? Ainsi que du nécessaire de toilette ? Lits un peu durs car pas de sommier mais je reviendrais pour sûr.
