The view was amazing, the rooms were clean, and the staff was great. I really liked it and would stay there again if I have the chance.

The staffs are excellent, especially the staffs in the breakfast/dinner buffet. Breakfast is very good. For dinner, the variety is small and the price is not worth it. But the staffs and chefs are ready to serve you, fast, and prepare more. Overall, this hotel is excellent. But I came on a day when I didn't see Fuji at all.

It is a very convenient hotel because there are both shuttle bus and station bus in the hotel. Also, there is fuji q which you can enter for free.

Here the service staff are very good. The hotel provides a pick-up and drop-off service from the hotel to Kawaguchiko Station. The breakfast is good and there is an onsen for customers.

Very nice hotel with beautiful panoramic view of Mt. Fuji. Room is spacious and comes with all amenities. Very conveniently located. Next to FujiQ, free Shuttle bus, 7Eleven, restaurants, supermarket nearby, Highway bus stop. There's even a free shuttle to the Winter Firework Festival at Lake Kawaguchiko during winter for free (with pre-registration at the front desk) Overall, very happy staying here. Breakfast is fantastic with delicious food. Staffs are very helpful and can communicate in English

I like it very much.. direct access to the fuji Q highland.. free entrance include.. free onsen in the morning and afternoon.. breakfast menu was ok but the restaurant view to mount fuji was exceptional.. the hotel room was clean and the size ok for 2 person.. amenities like shampoo and soap from bulgary

Service great. Receptionist can speak English. Bell desk ok. Onsen good. Like it so much. Different building with hotel. Breakfast good. Very near from Fujiq highland and Thomas land. Room simple. Have bathtub.

This hotel is amazing, from Arrival till departure we experienced a great service, even some problem happen they did handle it nicely to solve the problems. The view of mount Fuji 🗻 are amazing from the rooms windows. The lobby a lot of chairs for people to wait , chat relaxing 😌. Breakfast 😉 amazing .

We had very deep impression to stay here.. the location is very near with the Highland Park. And we had 2 onsen vouchers daily...the food is good. We enjoyed it so much
