My room will always be clean. Loved it!!! Laundry service, amazing! My kids loved it and its very safe ,even after hours.

The first room i got was duty. Had to ask the from desk to change my room, fortunately they did change my room , and was WAY BETTER

The room was great with comfortable beds and clean linen. The staff was courteous and very helpful throughout our stay. The location is also a big plus — within walking distance to shops and restaurants, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a pleasant experience!

The hotel is located in the Portales of the plaza surtounded by shops, restaurants. The taxi cab stop is on the corner. Very courteous and attentive staff.

They don’t care about the noise we left the hotel on the first night

Expedia promovió cama Queen por la cual pagué y llegando al hotel la cama era matrimonial. Seguido a esto la Sra Isabel, recepcionista del hotel, se lavó las manos diciendo que era cuestión de Expedia ofrecer camas de ese tamaño y no dependía de ella darnos la cama que nos correspondía.

Parking little walk but overall great place!

An excellent location for all the tourist attractions, the staff also very friendly helping us transport us.

Everything was good but parking was a few blocks away. Alao no a/c no fans and windows did not open

Why cant they pay a little more attencion to doors that open and close properly? To get into the room, as well as the bathroom, you had to push the doors to get them to open / closed. As well the curtains couldn't be closed because the slats where not properly aligned.
