Over priced for the quality if rooms. Tv remote so old it didnt work. No local cable tv... its not because you have hot tubs you call them suites...not impressed .. .

property is detariated and in very bad condition , it is dirty with stains all over carpet , they use duct tape to hold carpet down , not worth the price they charge as their fees are high compared to other hotels ,

I got a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi wasn’t working . Besides that , the room was beautiful and very quiet

First hotel I went to that had room service. The room was amazing, I loved the layout of the suite. I will definitely book again. And it's very close to entertainment nearby.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Helpful bilingual staff.

Near groceries. Quiet , clean bed but there was white mold on the bathroom door and the shower tiles were orange. the hair dryer does not work. The bathroom faucet is not secure. the bathroom sink is partially clogged. the refrigerator makes a disturbing sound. We unplugged it for the night.

No one at front desk when we arrive...then a lady showed up ( not smiling, seemed bored, unpleasant) we had questions for her...hmm!!! didn't seemed to happy to help us. Room was ok but needs new TV...really not working well! It was okay for1 night, not sure that we would come back here!

It was an okay place to stay close to where we needed. There was people asking us for money when we got there as they were trying to also stay there The “free” breakfast was unfrozen eggs waffles and expired yogurt

Service was excellent. The room was well-furnished and comfortable. Nothing to say about the beddings and bathroom, but the floors were comically dirty. What was left in the coffee machine reservoir made it clear why the coffee packs never need to be re-stocked.
