Food at hotel extraordinary exp Expensive

I found the Hilton's external surroundings appealing, but I was deeply disappointed with the hotel itself. Key issues included: * Poor room maintenance: Malfunctioning amenities (mini-bar, shower handle, thermostat, sink), and a general lack of maintenance. * Subpar service: Issues with room cleaning (missed cleanings, false "do not disturb" claims), lack of basic toiletries, and unsatisfactory responses from staff. * Safety concerns: Inadequate repairs (common glue used on a thermostat), and unhygienic conditions (corroded mini-bar and poor cooling that spoiled food). * Food service issues: My daughter suffered from food poisoning after her dinner at the establishment. The following morning, she experienced regurgitation of all consumed food there. * Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations for a Hilton or a 4-star hotel.

the hotel is OK , if you don't expect much , they save money on everything (for sure not a Hilton experience)

It was an excellent experience staying at this hotel. The service was amazing, the staff were friendly and the food was great! Can’t wait to visit again. 10 Star!

Rooms and Bathrooms are outdated. Need some remodeling. Towels need to be renewed. Also the smell in the rooms is like not the best clean smell, it smells like sweat. Also the sofas which are red you can see the dirt, so I didn't even seat on them. Otherwise the staff was very nice and courteous

A really enjoyable stay at the hotel (5 nights). The hotel is located in a nice area of Barranquilla. Handy for a range of shops, restaurants and coffee shops (if you don’t want to use the hotel). It was a 20 mins taxi ride to most of the tourist sightseeing locations but taxis/ Uber are very cheap for getting around. The hotel itself is in good condition. The room allocated was spacious, very comfortable and cleaned every day. I used the gym and pool areas each day and both were very good. The gym had machines and free weights. The pool area was spacious and the water a welcome relief from the heat. All of the staff I encountered were very helpful/ friendly and professional. The breakfast provided was nice with hot and cold options available. I used the restaurant in the evening once and the food was very good and reasonably priced. Thank you for a lovely relaxing visit.

I usually stay here, been coming since the hotel opened, overall is great and convinient. I would recommend the hotel manager to change the carpets outside and there is a moist smell, but the room was good, comfortable. Service is great
