Moldy and dirty

Nice big room , friendly staff

There was no restaurant or bar as seen in the promo'n and very few of staff could speak any english

Nice staff and service. The hotel needs some updates, the toilet tkes forever to flush and somethings in the room are outdated.

I always book hotels that have swimming pools restaurants and bars , This hotel had the restaurant and the bar close they told me that it was under repair but there’s no signs of anybody repairing it it was just closed

Building is not well maintained, mold on walls , dirty, not water in the morning, staff was not helpful ad friendly.

It was great and great location.

El único problema que nos tocaron otros inquilinos que hacían mucho ruido y tuve que llamar a recepción, porque era casi media noche y no podía dormir.

the air condition was too cold and I couldn't adjust the thermostat. and the hotel have a strong smell. and is not close to the centro. I like the decoration but need maintenance. thank you

No run water in the shower and the sink also too much noise. Also the tv disnt work

The staff was friendly, but did not speak English. The AC was only on or off - no temperature control. The bathroom and vanity 'felt' dirty and stained. Just didn't feel and look like a clean place. The worst was the abundance of hair on the bed sheets.

We requested a non smoking room and they allocated a smoking room. After complaining we were moved to another room, this time it has a really mouldy bathroom. We asked for a clean room again and were told that there weren’t any more available. It also claims to be near the centre. It is not. We complained to Expedia and they moved us to a better hotel immediately. After a few days Expedia advises that they would refund our money.

This Hotel did not honor my confirmed booking that has been charged on my credit card! They claimed they did not have our reservation and did not work with Travelocity! They also said they had no rooms available so we were left stranded on a Friday evening. I am a mother and disabled veteran and had travelled far to Merida on two auto-buses with my two children. We were left stranded! Later, after great stress and anxiety of trying to find a room available last minute in the city and finding none available... I had to pay for a very expensive taxi home to the beach and leave Merida all together. This was a disgraceful experience and I feel swindled and robbed.

Great staff. Orbitz has poor description of property. Was given the wrong room the first 2 nights
