We were at the same hotel 5 years ago and like it. This time still enjoyed our stay and impressed how well the hotel was being kept in its top rate condition. The food was good. The hot spring is nice and massage service excellent! Definitely will come back again!

Excellent service. All staff members are friendly, competent, and efficient. All issues are resolved efficiently and right on the mark. Buffets for breakfast and dinner are excellent. Zen Garden offers great no-menu lunch too. Spa is great. I also enjoyed the morning walk to the waterfall,

The service was good. The hotel is clean and warm. The room is comfortable. It’s an old hotel but they’ve done a great job at maintaining the quality of everything.
