El estacionamiento, es de pocos cajones. Y el hotel estaba lleno. Nos tuvimos que quedar casi en la entrada.

Top bedsheet had a spot, don’t know if it was discoloration, but just didn’t use. Great food, great staff, great location of central area

The floor in the room was dirty. Room was small with no microwave, coffee maker, no ice was available. We went to the bar and received no service so we left and went somewhere else.

Very comfortable, large room with nice bedding and towels. The included breakfast was a wonderful buffet. Easy to walk to the city center.we stayed just one night but for longer stays a mini fridge would be a nice addition to the room. Also it would be nice to give 2 bottles of complimentary drinking water instead of putting a 30 peso charge on each bottle. However there are places nearby to buy water. We weren't there long enough to use the pool. We would definitely stay again.

Good location. Great staff. Room spacious. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Shower was good. The Negs: Toilet closet was too small - banged my knees on the door and toilet paper holder. The toilet was not properly adjusted so was way too strong splashing toilet water on the seat and making a huge noise. The toilet fan and light were on a sensor and very sensitive to any motion in the room and the fan was very loud. The AC worked, but the heat didn't.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spotless. I would love to come back!!!

La recamara q nos dieron estaba limpia. Lo q se me hizo raro es q el baño está separado y el sink esta afuera, pero a todo nos adaptamos. La gente fue muy cortes y el almuerzo incluido fue lo maximo. Era buffet, pero la comida estuvo riquisima y me gustaron las tortillas hechas a mano y los huevitosc también te los hacian como tu quisieras. No puedo quejar, solo q en la recamara tienen un problema con la luz q esta en el espacio del inodoro q se la pasaba prediendo y apagando y no No hay fantamas, dormi muy bien. Aun asi les doy 4 estrellas y no las 5 por lo molestoso q puede llegar hacer eso de la luz.

Good fresh breakfast buffet. Free on-site parking (although not very spacious). Staff is friendly and efficient. Right opposite the Alameda which is a great park for short walks. Also in comfortable walking distance to the historic city center.

Air conditioning in room did not work properly, three complaints and no repair. Bathroom sink leaked and was slow draining, no repair after complaints. Rug in room was stained and warped. No hand towels or wash cloths. Ridiculously soft pillows, had to use two to make one. We will not return.
