Nice and comfortable hotel stay in the city center of Melaka

The hotel is close to culinary places and is suitable for families to stay here.

The staff was friendly, view fantastic, make sure you get the Kampung Mortem as you view, thanks me later, but need to work on their bed, quite old and not that comfortable.

The room was just okay, but the view was so great. I think it's time for them to change their bed because it's quite old and not that comfortable.

Booked 2 rooms. Great stay for 2 nights. Good breakfast with a variety of meals. IMO, one of the best breakfasts in Melaka. Better than 5-stars hotel. Trust me, you won't regret it.

I don't need tips because the hotel is recommended.

Check-in process was good. I requested a room with a bathtub and balcony. Thanks to the staff. The balcony view was great. However, the room was a bit smelly and had no carpet. The swimming pool was a bit old but great for kids. The gym was old too. Overall, I was satisfied.

Everything is in good condition. Nice and clean rooms and facilities.

Don't forget to claim the free ferry boat

Easy & free parking. Kids friendly - got waterpark and my kids enjoyed it. Room? A bit big for us 2 adults and 2 kids. Super single bed can fit 2 small adults. TV is smart TV. But in front of the room there is a fishy smell. Maybe you can clean the toilet thoroughly, especially the area under the tub - maybe that smell comes from there. Otherwise, quite clean room. Easy check in & check out. Breakfast - delicious porridge, nasi lemak 👍, first time tasted Nyonya laksa. Delicious 👍👍. I also forgot, you can go to Shore Oceanarium on the lower level, Veri Interactive Aquaria. Kids love it

The swimming pool is quite spacious with various games for children.. The best.

This is a comfortable hotel and great location. I had river view and had wonderful time sitting at the balcony at night while watching the river boats.
