They issued an access key to a room already occupied by another guest. Luckily for both of us that we didn't end up in an embarrassing situation. Then they issued another room with electrical fault and no lights working.

Staff and rooms were excellent. Love this hotel

The staff here are very helpful and the property is clean. It's not a luxurious hotel and it could do with a renovation. The AC in my room was great. It's basic and cheerful hotel. If you're on a budget, it's a good place to stay.

Top Sevice. Everyone is so helpful even put extra effort to help us on fixing our Indian Clothes as it is our first time to attend an indian wedding. Shoutout to the f&b ladies “Meena & Monica” you girls are awesome! Thank you so much

Booked through Expedia. No additional charges. Got what was expected. Reasonably good room- will be a squeeze if a third bed is added but good for 2 persons. Clean well maintained bathrooms. Breakfast and buffet Dinner. Good food nothing exceptional. Polite staff

Not so good as expected, room is very small and found congested. However breakfast buffet was fantastic.

It was a good trip. The hotel was nice. But it was little smelly inside. Need more cleanliness. They charge a lot. But it's not up to the mark.Its not at the hub of tourist spot. Still very high price.

Good stay with good food. Restaurant staff is very prompt and polite and severed a delicious dinner and breakfast, 5 Stars to them.Front office executives as well are very cooperative.

Rooms were very congested..Hotel staff was not helpful..they booked a cab for us,the driver was very rude and always misguided us.

We found this hotel bright and cheerful with friendly staff and good service.Rooms were clean and we were lucky to get a water facing room.Mr.Vinoj at the reception desk was a good guide to a us as we were new to the city.Vegetarian food did not have too many items on the menu card however the buffet spread was wholesome. A very recommendable place indeed.

Clean and hygienic place. Courteous staff. Excellent south indian breakfast.
