Old apartment, noisy refrigerator, broken toilet, dirty blanket, very black Black blanket, musty smell

Good hotel, good price, but far from any BTS. Just transit here. The staffs are good.

Asking for an extra pillow and blanket, they charged even though the reservation was for 2 women and 1 child. They only gave us enough for 2 people.

There is no toothbrush or toothpaste like in the picture. There is no coffee, 2 bottles of water are provided. No shower cream or shampoo. There was only a small bar of soap. The room was good, clean, and the towels were a bit dull. It should have been used for a long time.

The staff in front of the hotel don't really care about anything. I see you only play on your mobile phone. The customer forgot to put something in the lobby. Didn't call to inform the customer, ignored until we called to ask. Let him come in and get it himself. Please help send me the postal mail. I just refused. Because we have to get on the plane. Location is not bad, not too far from golf course, driving range, Fashion island department store. 7-11 is opposite the hotel, 2 coffee shops where easy to walk to. Room is good size with standard amenity. Some furniture was damage (working table, bathroom partition). Bed is quite hard and not much comfortable. There is bird sh*t at terrace and there never clean.
