Tuvimos un problema para poder salir a tiempo y amablemente en la recepcion nos dejaron salir 3 horas despues

Have better system in place when they know there is a huge event with thousands of people during the weekend. Check in was at 3 pm but the line was out the door with people waiting to check in .

Los cuartos son súper pequeños, la de la limpieza solo perfumo el cuarto pues no limpio el piso del baño dejo las tazas de café sucias y no reponía el café para el siguiente día, las alfombras dejan mucho que desear y absolutamente todos van a trabajar ahí a fuerzas más los de recepción, las almohadas ya cámbienlas eso no es para nadie

The Breakfast is excellent.

the shuttle was great and the staff super helpful and friendly. the breakfast was not good . The same breakfast for 2 days the eggs lost there color, and fruit not fresh. The coffe was cold.

The breakfast menu was fresh and delicious. The hotel was clean and safe.

The room was very small and the food was not good at all, the coffe was good and the juices and oatmeal.

The hotel was alright. The rooms are a little tight and small. The beds are hard, they are full size, not queen, so they are also small to fit 2 person comfortably and you only get 2 pillows for each bed, which are flat and hard. The bedding is also not the most comfortable at all. Hamptons has gone down on quality since last time I stayed here.
