I had bad experience at the hotel no heating system

Perfect hotel for short visit

Self checkin since we were late. Checkin process was easy. Room door didn’t locked. It is like a motel then Hotel.

Good position within Pairs catchment area with easy road catchment to any direction. Free secure parking right next to the room. Welcoming staff. Room a bit outdated compared to other hotels but really nice restaurants with excellent cuisine right next to the hotel. Overall for an overnight slip is very good.

Nous avons dû aller dans un autre hotel alors que nous avions payé pour la nuit. Cela ne correspondait pas du tout à notre exigence.

pas de chauffage dans la chambre . (il fallait brancher un grill pain me dit-on le lendemain, qui était caché sous le bureau ! Panne informatique qui m'oblige à attendre une demi heure pour rejoindre ma chambre à mon arrivée... Petit déjeuner moyen ... A éviter...

We kwamen in de nacht aan, geen receptie aanwezig. Je moest online inchecken op een machine waarvan toetsenbord niet werkt, heel frustrerend. Voor de rest prima hotel voor een doorreiziger.

Qualité de la literie

Bonne qualité de literie et personnel sympa.

Impossible de s’enregistrer, attendre 1h avant de trouver un interlocuteur (très professionnel)heureusement. Sinon pas d’hôtel malgré la réservation
