Lovely room and area

Priced appropriately, what you might call spartan accommodations. Getting to the loft with large bed is 15 or so steps to do carefully. Needed the fan to keep cool ( late August). Can’t say what it is like mid-summer or winter. 20 minutes to airport, shuttle provided. Let them know your arrival details and they will meet you. Feels remote, quiet. I would say very safe. Pool is refreshing. Full hot breakfast, buffet. Friendly, helpful staff.

An excellent property and restaurant meal in advance of our return flight back to Australia. The quality and efficiency of the pick up and return back to the International Airport was very good.

The hotel is sitting in a beautiful area surrounded by nature and well maintained gardens. They provide a shuttle services from and to Malpensa Airport beyond conventional time…very appreciated. I will come back

Staff was great, food was good, hotel was clean. There were 2 parts to the hotel pool area with about 20 rooms and the hotel it’s self. Lots of tourist off buses from Germany, Switzerland.. They had priority over the pool area with rooms My room personally was clean, but smelled with mold, mold spores on ceiling, I requested for a room by the pool area. They said this was not possible, I’m staying to long 7 days you think give the best. AC did not work properly, pillows were paper thin used a rolled up quilt for a pillow and my plane neck pillow Picture on Expedia only show the pool rooms thought this is what I paid for clearly not

Beautiful small hotel

Room was spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Shuttle to and from airport were excellent, picked me up with only one hours notice.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Perla ! The customer service at front desk was excellent. They helped us plan an impromptu trip to beautiful Lake Maggorie and the pretty town of Arona. The food at the restaurant and the breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed sitting out in the beautiful gardens as well. Thank you for making our first few days in Italy so memorable.

Great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Would really recommend if needed a place to stay near the airport.

Pretty run down facility but convenient to get to Milan airport.

This hotel is a great option when arriving to Milan Malpensa. Airport shuttle, friendly service, beautiful and comfortable. Great buffet breakfast and restaurant. Fully recommend it.

This is a great option to the busy and hectic hotels in/near Malpensa Airport. A brief ride from MXP (in the hotels complimentary shuttle) it provides everything a traveler needs for an overnight stay near the airport. With a great and very popular restaurant attached, it has everything one needs for a brief stay. Can’t wait to go back in the summer to use their great pool and patio!

Not like nothing

They have an airport shuttle. But they don’t tell you when it’s coming. Staff unempathetic and incompetent. Under construction. Is a motel not a hotel. Breakfast was ok Clients are mostly bus drivers and construction workers

Amazing!

The free airport shuttle and the driver were amazing. They called me as soon as I landed and were outside. One of the sisters(the one who called)was extremely friendly. Unfortunately when I arrived, the other sister(family run business) and some older man there gave me cold stares, asked for my password which I understand...they copied it. .but I was immediately uncomfortable. It did not help that my room was like motels....outside and few studios next to each other. Inside the room there were 2 free small water bottles..which was thoughtful. A kettle would have been nice.. the room had 13 narrow steps going up to the bedroom area. .and the balcony door was open when I arrived. To be honest the hotel was 20 minutes from the airport and in a rural setting. With the stares I was not feeling safe..anyway....there was hot water for a shower and heating so that was good..if you go bring ear plugs.....I heard the neighbour snoring as if he/she were sleeping next to me...so that's it..

I booked a room here on two different nights because the hotel offered a free shuttle to the airport and the price was low. The rooms are passable. My issue was entirely with the front desk. Both times it was very difficult to book the shuttle. Even though I communicated my ETA frequently with them the second time I was still standing outside the airport for more than half an hour. With the first stay the desk seemed to think finding the room--down a long dark parking lot--would be obvious. I asked "do I turn left or right after walking back to the parking lot." They said "it's right there, just look for the blue sign." It's not "right there." And there's more than one blue sign. I walked all the way back to the desk (probably 30-40 meters from the parking lot) to get clearer directions. Still could not get them. It turned out that after reaching the parking lot I had to turn right then walk about fifty meters. During the day it would have been fairly easy, but on a dark night not so much. Finally, the morning of my second stay breakfast opened about 20 minutes late, an issue since I had a morning flight. Bottom line: don't stay here just because of the shuttle. Getting picked up from the airport is a huge hassle, and they're then 20 minutes away.
