The room is too old and we don’t get sufficient hot water for shower. The insulation is terrible. I were woke up by upstairs noise.i won’t stay there again.

This was a 10/10 stay!! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are SO friendly and attentive. The rooms are so nice and the rooftop pool/restaurant is beautiful. some of the best service I’ve received.

Hotel is a modernised old building retaining its character and charm. Doormen and concierge were excellent in welcome and providing safety advice. Room was clean well Maintained and comfortable, exceptionally soft bedding. Water and coffee provided but not with huge generosity which for a hotel of this standard I would have expected more. Be prepared for the area this is downtown Santiago so it's quite an edgy neighbourhood very close to some no go areas. The hotel is located right next to Lastarria street full of bars and restaurants which was great and this is well Policed. Location is good for any central tours of the city. To the east the city is far safer and modern....but then maybe you don't experience the reality. Breakfast was poor. Slow patchy service with everything having to be menu ordered meaning a lot of waiting and limited choice.

Outstanding all across the board

My husband and I loved this classically elegant hotel. Extremely clean and beautiful rooms with very high quality linens. Great location in the Lastarria neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. The highlight was the staff. Martin the concierge arranged two private day trips for us and we loved the guides who showed us Valparaiso and the Casablanca wine region and the Cajon de maipo mountains and the Maipo Valley wine area. Every single member of the Singular staff deserves a shout out. They provide old fashioned Service that is very personal and welcoming. They greet you with a smile and no request is too trivial. I wish I could name all the kind people who made our stay so lovely. The rooftop restaurant and bar offer a great vantage point to see the city. Everyone on the staff speaks excellent English and very graciously allowed us to practice our Spanish as well. We can't wait to return!

First and foremost the staff are very welcoming and most helpful. They are at the heart of the hotels wonderful ambiance. The property has a prime location next to a beautiful park and a lively neighborhood full with great restaurants. It’s within walking distance to museums, plaza de armas, the presidential palace among others. We highly recommend this hotel.

In general, room was comfortable and staff were very helpful. However, room insulation was not great and noise from the other guests when they were talking while in the corridor can be heard. The room feels tired and in need of a renovation, and the air conditioning is extremely loud. Breakfast was also a bit disappointing - it was alacarte but with few options and the quality was not always great. Overall, it is a solid option, but at the price point and the fact that it is a 5 star hotel, it was a bit underwhelming.

From the moment we checked in, we received a warm welcome and five star service. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. Quiet room with comfortable beds. We utilized the gym and the spa; small but had all the equipment for a nice work out. Complementary breakfast was varied and very good. We loved the rooftop pool and terrace dining with a great view over the city. We were kindly allowed a late check out to accommodate our evening flight from the airport.

Awesome small hotel in a great neighborhood full of many dining options. The only suggestion I have is to add cleaning wipes/rags in the gym.

Nice Hotel, you are paying for location. The room we were in was ok. The carpets looked a little dirty. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I was just expecting the rooms to be a little nicer is all.

The hotel was sublime. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms spacious and clean. Very quiet noise-wise. But the best thing was the staff. They went above and beyond in every possible way. We will definitely return to Chile because of our wonderful experience and make sure that we’ll stay here in Santiago or at the Singular in Patagonia. Thank you for everything, Singular team!!
