Staff/owner super helpful

This guesthouse is centrally located in the pest part of Budapest not far away from the jewish quarter. Public transportation available 5 minutes away of walking distance. I stayed in a twin room (though I booked a single one). The room was spacious, equipped with very small.tv screen, small fridge and a kettle (bring your own coffee and tea). The bed was average, not very comfortable but fine. Cleaning and bedsheets are done every three day. I asked for a quiet room, but my room was turning to the side which construction work was done. Luckily it was cold, and I could close the windows and not hear the noise. On the other way, I asked the staff to print some paper and they were happy to help. Very courteous service. Good value for the money.

The stay was nice! The wifi did not work for one day but it was fixed after that. Overall a nice hotel and very central to the city centre in Budapest.

Get what you pay for, but it was amazing. The bed was surprisingly super comfy. They should refresh their sheets

Not an overwhelming welcome.

This is an average hotel. Price is reasonable and in a decent area. Nothing great or bad about it.

Room was large, clean, cozy and warm. We had a fridge, jug Tv with english channels and a window we could open. We enjoyed our stay here.

I really liked that the property was super clean and the staff was very nice. They could provide a little more, like: a small fruit basket or soap, but besides of that it was cool to be there for a night.

The hotel is a little older and outdated, and the walls are a little thin but everything went just fine. It was a great experience, especially for the price. The location is also good. It is close to everything but a little quieter than some of the surroundings. The staff was very friendly and super helpful; they even arranged a car to the airport for me.

Decent hotel. My room was clean, walls were crisp, white. Fan, not air conditioning but it wasn’t too hot so ok.

Location was perfect. Room service is extra pay. Garbage is not removed properly. Shower is good but no curtain for water liquage. After shower all bathroom is wet.

Great hotel in central location between the tourist area and the local center of town 3 minute walk from the local nightlife. The people in the reception we very helpful and courteous. Nice size clean room with all facilities needed. Bed was a little on the hard side and shower did not drain well. Would definitely stay there again!

Good room (very clean) and super friendly staff. Unfortunately, it's very noisy. Right beside a church, so you'll hear the bells ring at 6 am. We were also kept up by the crowds downstairs and the person in the room next door talking on the phone.

They give no bath soap or shampoo, and do not get ashamed of simply telling "we don't give such things" when you ask ( it doesn't exist in the description so be careful). The bath sink's hole was not working, all the water filling in the sink. I informed the reception and simply nothing was done at all. The only good side is the sincere helpfulness of the staff about assisting about transfers to somewhere and that's the only positive thing I can point about this facility. Highly overpriced for the quality of the service. Beware!

The staff at the hotel were really helpful starting before we even got to the hotel - they arranged transfers for us from the airport and even when we missed our flight and had to rearrange they were really helpful. The location is good, not central so you will have to walk to get to any tourist spots but it's still within walking distance. There is also a little shop next door which is helpful when you want to grab a drink first thing in the morning. The only negative point we had for the location was that the church opposite woke us up quite often when it la bells chimed. The room was bigger than we expected, as was the en suite bathroom. It was all extremely clean and the bed was really comfy and large. The staff were really nice, in particular the lady who worked during the day times who was always willing to help out. We would absolute recommend this hotel for anyone's visit to. Budapest if you're looking to save some money but not compromise on quality

Basic hotel, convenient location to bars and walkable to the metro and city center, has A/C, incredibly slow wifi, have to leave the key at the front desk every time you leave the hotel

Very convenient place to restaurants and public transportations

A nice, basic property in an area within a 10 minute walk of Budapest's main nightlife and historic areas. For the extremely low rates, it was a real bargain.
