Breakfast was great, staff was nice.

Café da manhã básico. Quarto pequeno, limpo, banheiro novo e limpo. As toalhas são pequenas. Chuveiro excelente. Paredes finas. Dá para escutar o que está acontecendo no corredor ou nos quartos próximos. Não tem restaurante dentro do hotel para refeições. Porém existem ótimos restaurantes bem de frente. Localização muito boa. Voltamos a pé da paulista. Acho que não se enquadra em 4 estrelas.

Muito bom hotel

Academia deixa muito a desejar, cabe praticamente uma pessoa, o hotel deveria fazer uma parceria com as academias próximas do hotel.

Overall we had a good experience. In fact, the hotel needs to improve the posted photos because they do the hotel a disservice. For example, the photo of the gym only reflects a treadmill or two. But, they have much more equipment than that. The hot tub and indoor pool are both heated to the same very want temperature, which was really nice. Also, our room had a jacuzzi in it, which I had no idea of until we arrived. I think those were very important points that were left out that could help the hotel gain more business. But, the bar is somewhat of a joke. There was no one really working the bar and when we wanted drinks delivered to the pool area, due to no bar in or near the pool, I had to physically go to the front desk to ask for attention at the bar. There is a phone near the pool that allows calling the bar, but no one ever answered. In fact, we wanted a second round of drinks but it was too much of an effort to get someone's attention to make the purchase. The hot buffet breakfast was decent, but not memorable. Also, the toilet flush in our room was really poor and needs attention. But during check out, no one even asked if we had any issues with our stay nor asked for suggestions. Would I stay there again? Probably. But, a change of management would help. Right now it appears that no one is really paying attention to the details that could bring in more revenue for the hotel and enhance the customer experience.

I have stayed at Hotel Heritage multiple times already. This is the first time I’m writing a review though. On the plus side, the hotel is conveniently located for all my needs - restaurants, church, Metro stations and thankfully, the street it is on is not closed during Carnival celebrations on the weekends. Also, I have to single out Kawani who is one of the best in their reception desk. She speaks English which is very helpful for international travelers who don’t speak Portuguese. She s also very helpful in general and has great friendly demeanor. They should have more like her in their team. Review to be continued …

Excelente atendimento e café da manhã. Quarto amplo e limpo, entretanto, o ar condicionado é insuficiente, a TV não conectou em nenhum serviço de TV ou streaming e a banheira de hidromassagem não funcionou. Pelo valor da hospedagem, esperaria que esses itens estivessem plenamente funcionando.

Essa é a terceira vez que me hospedo nesse hotel. Pontos Positivos: Atenderam meu pedido para um banheiro espaçoso (obesa); quarto espaçoso, lençois e toalhas limpos, cama confortável, máquina de café no quarto, TV com variedade de canais, tinha amerintes e secador de cabelos no banheiro e frigobar abastecido. Café da manhã farto, variado e bem servido. Piscina e academia em funcionamento. Ponto Negativo: Luzes no quarto e banheiro fracas. Chuveiro era tipo uma ducha higiênica (box para cadeirante). Ponto Extremamente Negativo: Minha reserva era para o sábado, com pagamento no hotel, na sexta á noite o hotel tentou realizar a cobrança antecipada (o banco negou). Entrei em contato e o atendente Fábio informou que isso era um procedimento normal, tipo "um calção" para garantir que o hotel receberia a diária. Detalhe poderia realizar o checkin in até ás 22:00 do sábado, informação enviada noe mail recebido do hotel. Bem desagrádavel essa situação.

Lovely boutique hotel with kind staff and large breakfast. The pool and sauna area is very nice. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a perfect landing spot for visiting São Paulo, in a safe, central neighborhood with excellent options for dining nearby and most major sites within an hour’s walk (and if you don’t feel like walking, the metro station is not far and it’s easy to navigate by taxi or uber). The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were amazing. Always helpful and kind.
