I wasnt expecting much. But a horrible smell, dirty linen, constant noise was enough for me to give this rating. No facilities, no AC, marks all over the walls. No staff members, check in done via a broken system. Much better hotels for similar money.

The service was terrible, window was open in room when I arrived. the bathroom drainage was not working. There was NO customer service to complain too. Hallways smelt bad. Just not a great experience. I would NOT recommend staying here......

Very nice place, clean, and very convenient for highway travel. Near the airport. Free chatel evey 20 min. From Orly.

Poor accommodation but fair for the price

breakfast is totally disappointing , not satisfied at all

Self check in was complicated , if u call and speak English they hang up on you !! Reception opens for a couple of hrs only , breakfast attendant was extremely rude , name is bead and breakfast which should be replaced as the breakfast is not automatic , you need to pay in addition which was never clear ?!

There is no one to check you in and I think they have bed bugs

I called from the airport to get an airport transfer because they said online that they offered. But when I called, a lady answered and told me she didn’t speak English and hung up without giving me a chance to ask in French. I called again and she didn’t answer me. So we got a taxi to the hotel. I asked if we could get a transfer to the airport tomorrow and she didn’t want to help and just starred at me. She was by far the rudest person we have met on our trip. Good luck staying here

Scammers. Took 3 payments and was constantly told my card did not accept payment but was double then triple charged. Room was a mess as we got in and the curtains had mould all over. Shower had no pressure and hot water was limited.

We needed a hotel close to the airport, so naturally we came to hotels.com to book, We foudn this hotel to be reasonable and have decent reviews. DO NOT STAY HERE! The room was dirty, it looked as though they rented it out by the hour. The sink did not have hand soap. We were there for less than 10 hours and each came out with tons of bug bites. Upon arriving back to the US I had to go to urgent care to get them treated because I had so many. My friend who I traveled with also had a bunch of bug bites. We would have been better off sleeping at the airport. Also- they don't have any overnight front desk assistance. They literally pull a gate down and you're left to fend for yourself. We left as early as we could to go wait at the airport and the housekeeper on our floor was dressed in a night gown (I'm not over exaggerating or being funny- a literal nightgown...We saw housekeepers upon check-in dressed in a uniform). I knew at that moment that I should have never stepped foot in this place.

Nice clean basic accommodation with a reasonable continental breakfast let down by the poor air conditioning. I specifically chose this hotel because it is advertised with aircon. There is just a small vent in the room which is connected to the hotel’s cooling system which is totally inadequate and the temperature cannot be controlled from the room. My room was too hot all night long and I slept badly both nights of my stay. To advertise this hotel as having air conditioning is very misleading! Some satellite tv wouldn’t go amiss either as the basic French tv channels are DIRE!

Hotel was not clean and shower drain was clogged so could not drain and flooded entire bathroom. Also someone had punched a hole into wall and never been fixed. Beds were very hard and no air or fans to cool room.
