A lot of insect in our room. super big ones. Got a new room, same thing. they upgraded us to presidential suite, but there was insects as well. Also bedbugs in our living room sofa. Staff was helpful and did understand us, helped the best they could. Much improvement need to be done with cleanliness. Location was super, so close to everything and no need to pick up to island hopping as you are already in harbour! Generally everything went well but my personal experience was not pleasing, would not stay there again.
