Very clean, maintained every day, staff very helpful and friendly we had a room more like an apartment with another bedroom upstairs with a balcony area. only thing that could be improved would be tea coffee making facilities in room Location could not have been better Highly recommend.

Lovely staff, really nice room, soft bed and decent shower. Great location - 5 minutes from the park, 2 minutes from the church and delicious cafes and restaurants.

Very nice location, steps away from the Valencia church and lots of restaurants but the hotel itself is in a quiet location. Room conditions are not perfect, However acceptable.

Great location. Adequate room. One issue was how loud it was it the morning when the staff was cleaning other rooms! Could hear them moving furniture around etc.

Pros Location - easy walking to most attractions Beautiful building and lobby Nice front desk staff Cons Room was very small and uncomfortable. There was barely any room to open one suitcase. No suitcase stand. No table/side table, just a chair. There was no mini fridge. Shower is tiny and very awkward to use, every time you turn around you end up turning the water knob. No window - it was covered by film and made the room very dark. AC didn’t work when we arrived, they were able to fix it quickly, but it didn’t really cool the room well.

Was traveling in Spain for 10 days, we visited 3 different hotels during our vacation and this one was BY FAR the BEST hotel we stayed at! Very spacious, clean, in the center near tons of food and was just overall very convenient.

great location great staff n clean

Check in was smooth, and the room was nice. Unfortunately we experienced problems with the shower as no water was coming out. We reported the problem and the staff was very helpful and provided us with a solution. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was nice and clean.

The location of the hotel Calle Samaniego 20 is excellent! It’s in the old town making it close to the historical sights. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. We even walked to the City of Arts and Sciences. Enjoyed Valencia very much. Christmas lights made it even prettier at night.

This hotel was excellent for our stay in Valencia. It was tucked away in a tiny side street that was just steps from various plazas, shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The woman who was at the front desk when we arrived was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and very neat! Our young son loved getting to sleep in the little loft. We would absolutely consider staying again.

Rather worn & no coffee or coffee maker on site. Shower was very old & so slippery.

Nice quiet area Staff we encountered were all friendly Old town Room very basic. Bed very noisy when turning over. Weird table facing you when you walk in room as if you are going to be interrogated
