Room was in very poor state of repair. Shower screen door hanging off. Shower rail broken so nowhere to put shower head. Power sockets not secured to wall so come out when unplugging. No tv as in the picture. Very stale smell. DO NOT STAY HERE. DOES NOT MATCH PICTURES OR REVIEWS.

Amazing

We were upgraded to a large apartment. The location and views are absolutely stunning. There are alot of steps to get down to the Orhan Restaurant where you check in. And more steps up to the unit. But all worth it for the location.

Great location just outside the walls near the Pile gate. Breakfast was included at the waterfront restaurant with amazing views and friendly service. We stayed in the luxury apartment, and it was clean, spacious and very comfortable, with a view of the fort. A great base for exploring Dubrovnik and relaxing inside during our one rainy day.

The restaurant where you check in and eat breakfast had really friendly and helpful staff and really good food. The room's location in comparison to old town and to the ocean is amazing. Downside was, the room smelled bad, there were dust bunnies and a cobweb, someone's hair was in the bathroom when we first got there, and the shower door was broken.

The free breakfast was amazing and we loved the view/proximity to old town.

The location couldn't be better, the room, mattress and linens were dated. But the view and breakfast made up for it!

The staff was very accomodating. We were early for check in but could put our bags in the room that was just cleaned, but we could move into the other room if we preferred. The first room on the bottom floor looked nice, but had a somewhat moldy smell. We were glad to get the other room which had a fresh smell. The bed was very comfy. One towel had some spots, but otherwise acceptable. Breakfast was too late, 9-1030, for us the first morning because we had to catch a boat so they put together a package breakfast. The next day i got a proper omlett with tea and bread. The heatpump and fridge worked. Don't think the TV did, but that wasn't what we were there for. One electric outlet was quite loose, but worked. But again: staff was WONDERFUL.

The room did not meet our expectations. The floor was not swept or washed on check-in. The furniture including the bedding all needed replacing. We could hear the plumbing and guests from other rooms. I would not book again. The positives; the breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Unbeatable location. Everything you need.

The facility is old but in good condition. The owners are very friendly and hospitable. The only negative is the place itself is inside a building on a 2nd. floor not very accessible for seniors. Besides that all was okay.

Some staff very stern and unfriendly. Beautiful views! Breakfast…no menu. Only asked if you’d like eggs every day. Broken window in bathroom with electrical tape that would not stick. Very convenient location to Old Town and all it had to offer!

Just a short walk to Pile Gate. No parking there - we parked at Dubrovnik Center and ubered in which wasnt bad and worth the convenience of being right by old town. For as busy as the location is, Hotel Orhan is tucked away. The room had the basics, and there was a tiny locked courtyard entrance which added a layer of safety. Restaurant a short walk and right on the water.

This was a perfect location for us! We loved being close to the Old Town and the beach. And the owners were so hospitable answering any questions we had. Breakfast was delicious! And they provided a boxed breakfast when we had to leave very early on our tour to Mostar. Highly recommend staying here!!

Area is fantastic but property condition is not great definitely not 3 star. Staff in the breakfast area(not same building ) were nice but there is no reception in the property.
