Sandonan, the member staff staff made us feel very comfortable and was always very helpful. It wasn't too easy to find the property but all the locals were very helpful too so it didn't take too long. Mosquito net available. Room size quite small. Very close to the beach shacks.

I recently visited Goa with my wife and booked the said hotel for a week, I must say this stay couldn't have been better, hotel itself is in front of the beach, rooms are good, comfortable and super clean, staff is very friendly. i'll definitely book it again in future Goa trip.

Hotel staff good and attempted to do all they could in such a run-down hotel it's not true. Even the wall surrounding the eating area which was outside and at the front of the hotel (seen in the picture) was held together with rope. The whole place was dated and it was obvious that no money was spent on the upkeep of the property. Rooms very dark, bathrooms in need of a total refit, stained bed sheets, itchy blankets. Sheets and towels were not fresh every day and I had to ask for clean towels after 5 days. Mat outside the bathroom was revolting. The staff did everything they could when we asked for things but this 'hotel' is in serious need of refurbishing. The owner is never there but is run by a Supervisor who had a hard job.

I stayed 5 days. This hotel sits on the beach and need to enter through a side gate by foot, which was a bit confusing. Excellent location, safe, shabby-style, clean. Cons: mattress is firm, blanket is not comfortable, no TV, restroom was a bit small for my taste. Pros: location, clean rooms (I had two rooms,) staff is super friendly and excellent customer service willing to make your stay comfortable, restaurant on-site, great food, extremely affordable, coffee is delicious. Overall my experience was good, I would recommend it to a loved one and I would go again.

I want to go to this hotel again. A place which has got a decent view to the beach. I made a nice stay. Please forgive me because I'm drunk. Love you guys.

Although a little difficult to find (they are literally on the beach) the hotel is a pleasant little place with friendly staff. Marblish and his staff will take very good care of you. Room 10 is isolated and prized.

Decent place with a very good host, Mr. Mablesh. The stay was comfortable and the housekeeping staff were helpful and friendly. Calangute beach is 5 mins away and Baga is about 10 mins away by drive.

Chose this because of its location, and it is right no the beach as they claim. Adequately set off to remain peaceful. The cleanliness was excellent and the rooms were compact, but adequate for the younger travelers. It is a bit inside from the road, but once you know it, its not difficult to access. The staff were very helpful and helped with all our queries and needs. would not hesitate to recommend a stay here.

It is a new hotel in North Goa right on the beach. The hotel will offer you nice peaceful atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff.

Detta är ett hotell som inte borde förekomma i Hotels.com utbud. Mitt bästa råd: -boka ett annat. Mycket låg standard, smutsigt och dåligt underhållet. Säkerhetstandarder för brand, elsäkerhet och hälsa levs inte upp till, inte ens Indisk standard. Enda positiva jag kan komma på är att personalen är trevlig, hjälpsam och servicevänliga.

La gentillesse et les conseils du propriétaire permettent de compenser le manque de confort de la literie qui était vraiment très dure ! propreté irréprochable.

Hotellet ligger på stranden och har en mindre terass där man kan äta enklare mat och dricka något kallt. Sängen var väldigt hård.
