Very friendly staff

Loud neighbors all night rooms were filthy stains on linen charged different prices each night

We enjoyed our stay there. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Toilet wasn’t working and I had brought a king size mattress room and turns out it was two twin size beds and mine u I’m 6’3 smh

Expedia and Motel 6 refused to cancel our reservation 3 days before the deadline for cancellation, so we forced to continue business that really needed to be delayed. The room’s sink leaked; there was a hole in the bathroom wall that lacked baseboards; the satellite TV glitched on all channels; and the management was unavailable at 8AM to print a receipt for our stay, requiring us to return a few hours later to obtain one. Basic maintenance and professional hotel management would fix the problems.

The toilet bowl seat was not bolted down

There were power outlets hanging out of the wall and the shower handle fell off.

Good value for the price. A little noisy because it is on a busy street.

The toilet barely flushed and the door would get stuck and that made it hard to open and close the door. Not enough parking space's!! I had a non smoking room and my sheets and cover had burn holes on them

The floors could be cleaner, and I would to see a full roll of tp in the bathroom rather then a a left over roll that is almost out.

Huge pot holes in parking management very u truthful

There was a hole in the bathroom floor. Towels were dirty. Roaches all over. Crack heads outside. Awful

The absolutely disgusting. Towels had stains, the bed sheets had cigarette burns, floor was sinking in. Floor sticky.

Fridge and microwave were dirty. No water pressure and had dirt and smoke holes in the blanket. Very dissatisfied with my appt

Very hospital very quiet relaxing

I thought i was going fall thru the floor the only up side was the tv worked and the shower was hot and the room and bed was clean.

Well the area is terrible had a girl and her boyfriend attacke me and spit on me for no reason the room was very dirty felt like my money was wasted i would of rather slept in my car very disappointed

Checked in around 10p, very tired after a long day at Busch Gardens. Immediately realized floor had tacky-stickiness. Put one of 2 provided towels on floor. Realized at bedtime that there was no blanket, and no hot water at sink - had to use bathtub for hot water. When opening the refrigerator, it fell forward - determined had to be held with one hand and hard pull with other. Phone in room not working so had to wait til morning to go to office, got a blanket and more towels (for floor) and reported phone and sink hot water. Temperature dropped during day and winds increased and once sun shined, noticed a gap in door frame, stuffed it that night to block draft (have pics) and tried to regulate the heat. Took my socks off at bedtime and tossed them to the shelf above heat unit and they landed in an accumulation of water on the shelf, also found water in window sill - it was not raining, was hard to sleep wondering if safe. Packed in morning to checkout and was totally disturbed at the bottom of my new slippers, didn’t want to put in suitcase, used a wet towel to wipe off a lot of black substance. Sounds petty but something as simple as toilet paper dispenser shouldn’t have to be so aggravating to use. I’ve used Expedia search and rates many many times but some rooms, no matter the “discount” rate should not be rented to the public.
