Lovely hotel - spacious, clean and traditionally Austrian. Great location in the centre of town - close to the slopes and main lifts. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel spa is great but just a shame they only turn on the saunas etc in the afternoon so you don’t have the option to use them pre-skiing in the morning.

So close to the slopes, shopping and dining. Old world charm with all the modern amenities. Staff were fabulous and food was superb. We will be returning to this property.

This hotel is incredible. Our room had a wonderful view of the slopes, the included breakfast buffet was amazing (with fresh squeezed juices) and the pool/spa/sauna is exactly what we had hoped for. We will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel overall. Location and staff were very good. Only negative is having t book to eat at the main restaurant for buffet meals in the evening.

We stayed here as a group of friends on a ski weekend in April 2018. The hotel is lovely; large comfortable rooms, a great restaurant, excellent breakfast buffet and it is in an excellent location. We will definitely stay here again.

Second time staying here but would come again as one of the cheaper hotels. Plus...Front desk go out of their way to help and both times have a been given a mountain view. Negative no laundry service, no room service, and no tea/ coffee in the room. Very nice clean spa and pool and a good breakfast with fresh eggs and one of those OJ machine that makes it fresh. Don’t be fooled by the ‘complimenty ‘ drink. We asked for a G&T. The T us free not the G!!!! Definitely needs an upgrade. Good ski room system and 4 minuet walk to the closest chair. (Alll the hotels are about the admen , only one I know of is on the slope but dosnt have a pool ... so make your choice) Few more points,,,, no omelette station so just hard boiled, raw , dry scrambled or moist friend. No beans, potatoes or mushrooms Choice of pillows and ok tv choice Good slippers and bathroom. Yes can recommend!

Great place to stay for ski ing. The hotel is in the centre of the village with everything nearby.It has a fantastic spa, a nightclub and a nice sunny terrace for lunches.

We had a great stay. The hotel is in the center of town and near the ski lifts. Our room was very nice and there was an amazing breakfast every morning.

Location, view, room size, convenience of ski room, grand dining room, privacy, service, value for what you are paying for. The only hotel in this class range worth booking.

I stayed for 3 nights in a very spacious single room (in other establishments I am sure a 2nd bed would have been there) which was comfortable but not luxurious. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a good choice for breakfast and there was a good sized swimming pool and a variety of sauna/steam rooms. The location is excellent too....right next to the pedestrianised area and via a short tunnel maybe 100m to the nearest lift

Rooms appear to be newly remodeled. Great location and very nice pools and spa.

Fantastic location and truly Austrian in style. Delicious breakfasts. Rooms a little dated but very spacious, comfortable and clean and in good condition. Lovely spa to unwind in after a hard day’s skiing.
