I arrived early and they let me check in without any hassle. Obviously if a room isn’t ready they won’t be able to accommodate an early guest.

Hotel was fine. Manager was rude and nasty to my friend who had small kids. Complained about her baby crying (they do that) Other wise enjoyed the stay

Mu family loved it, they were pleased by the look, cleanliness and service. The staff was always there for any help and service you need. The beds were not that confortables, they had hard matters but you could still sleep well. I would recommend it and I would definitely come back

The property is beautiful and well maintained and the room comfortable. It was nice to go back to some AC after being out in the heat all day. And the staff were all wonderful too. Would love to stay there again. Lastly, the location of the hotel is excellent.

This is an amazing hotel with great amenities and attentive staff. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe from my airport shuttle pick up and throughput my stay. Staff were really helpful, providing info on places to visit and also helping me plan my onward travel. The rooms are comfortable with air con and hot water and the breakfast is great. You can’t beat the location either. Great choice for a hotel in Granada !

Great little hotel. Staff are constantly cleaning every day all common areas. Breakfast was great for $5. Hot water showers which you cant always take for granted. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

This is the place you want to stay. Everyone was extremely friendly. The pool was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. And it is very convenient to all the things you want to see. My flight arrived at 1:00 am and they had a driver waiting for me at the airport, just like they promised. I hope to be back soon!

Located in the city center. Very close to the Main Street with restaurants and shops. They have a nice pool and patio. I really enjoyed staying here.

The hotel was great staff friendly. Hotel is off main street so it’s quieter at night. Second time here 15 years apart, would recommend.

The staff wasn’t welcoming or warm. There was one woman that was very kind, she ironed my pareja’s dress and she was always friendly, but she was the only one. They should put some effort into their hospitality.

Excellent position, friendly and informative service, generous breakfast, and stylish setting. Lovely pool. Colonial atmosphere.
