Great place to stay. Strategic location for all activities around Grand Forks.

Overall great stay

This was a pleasant surprise to walk into our room. I was not expecting such a large room with all the amenities. This would be a good place to stay if you needed an extended stay in Grand Forks.

A very nice hotel, very clean and fresh. The hotel definitely worth the best scores.

Staff were beyond helpful. My flight got cxl so my stay got prolonged, had no problem accommodating me back in a room.

For the price you pay it’s not worth it, go spend the extra 100-200$ and stay somewhere else. Our room had a massive cobweb in the corner that looked like it was there for quite some time, not to mention the dirt on the sheets once you start to actually move them around. Not happy with what I paid for this at all.

Was good, close to arena. Whatever cleaning products they use was strong and my wife had a reaction to it.

A great hotel to stay at for an event at the Alerus centre!

Room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. The kitchenette was nice to have for a longer stay and although I didn’t use it there was a laundry facility available. All nice amenities to have for an extended stay while moving daughter into school. Very close to campus, easy driving. Friendly front desk and staff.
