I was shocked to be given a corner room, passing through property, when I entered it smelled of cigarettes, I changed rooms but I saw the AC was above the bed. This hotel is very budget. The path between rooms is very small. I canceled, my money can't be returned. Accept it rather than not being able to sleep.

No toothpaste and toothbrush, no shampoo or soap, no bottle water

It's convenient for me to stay at this hotel when outstation nearby this area. The hotel is next to the lrt station, within 10minutes walking distance.

Air condition is damaged, when it comes to employees, they do not mind and I and my family in the same room and night are forced to check out. I was staying at 601 tgkt 6. broken stairs from 1st to 6th place. I was forced to go upstairs from 1st to 6th floor. Trying to stay away from me and I was very disappointed with the service and service of this hotel.
