Very good hotel. suitable price.

Professional and dedicated service style. Room is clean and comfortable. Hotel in the center right next to Sword Lake. I will definitely come back.

This hotel has no window, very poor service and weird location at the end of alley. the restaurant at 12 floor not accessible by lift, which is inconvenient for old people because you need to climb stairs. the room looks classy but this building is very old. you can get a better hotel everywhere with this price with better location and service

The room is pictured, clean and has bathtub. Breakfast temporarily okay, not very diverse. The hotel is right on Hoan Kiem Lake, so it's easy to access. Near the hotel, many delicious restaurants and Circle K. Will come back when coming to Hanoi in the coming times.

staff upgraded our room to junior suite because they ran out of twin bed room. so happy! all the staffs are friendly and helpful too! clean room and nice breakfast!

The bedroom is quite small but clean. Room is designed with beautiful wooden furniture. Convenient location to move to the lake. I often walk around the lake and the old town walks back, it's quite convenient. The breakfast food is okay, not too excellent. But compared to the price I have to pay, I think it's very ok.

Location is very good, but almost crowded every day and very hard for car access to the hotel

I have set up a Studio Double or Twin Room but when I check in and use the water, the water continuously produces such deposits. I and the staff handle the water until 10 times but the water is still the same. The water was really dirty, so I asked the hotel to change my room but the answer was out of room. I have asked the hotel to reimburse me but the hotel answered only a maximum of 50% while the problem is entirely due to the hotel. And the hotel money refund problem is also very troublesome. I was really disappointed about the hotel. Handling is also extremely lack of professionalism.

Good boutique hotel in the center of Hanoi. Walking distance to the lake. Friendly staff. Good pho restaurant at the street corner for cheap breakfast

Nice hotel in the lively Hoan Kiem lake district, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Courteous service and great tasty breakfast. Only issue is weak water supply for toilet flush in the morning.

The room had no window! The shower hose was leaking ! The rain shower head was still running with cold water! You could here every word from the neighbours rooms !! Staff was friendly and helpful! Sorry but the trues!
