Comfortable, the surrounding area is close to cafes, the staff is friendly, the AC is not cold enough.

Good service, we were given early check in at 9 am when it should have been at 2 pm. And given late checkout because we snorkeled since morning and were given late checkout so we could shower and clean up.

The owner - Bapak is really awesome! He really care and will help whatever you needs during your stay, Bapak is really kind man. I enjoyed a lot my stay there. It just because of Covid, the property was empty for long time, so their room even they cleaned it 2 times still feel the dusty smell. They still renovate it now, I believe after the renovation finish this property is really a hidden gem in Nusa Lembongan! With a reasonable price, awesome service, and good quality food. Thank you Bapak! Hopefully when I come back there, the renovation already finish, and the tourist will come along too.

Actually, the layout of the room is rather troublesome, that is, the bedroom above and the bathroom below. For me who likes to pee at night, it's just a little troublesome. Plus, for some reason, the lights in my room were only one, so dimly lit. It seems the lights should not only be on the side of the table, but above the room there should also be, really, that's all, the rest is amazing! The staff is super friendly (O Ma'am Nila), the food is delicious (even can you request breakfast of white rice using omelet with soy sauce if you are tired of fried rice), the air conditioner is cold, really bad. The atmosphere is also quiet, not noisy. If you want to go to the beach just go through the small alley and continue.

First time to Lembongan, and got lodging at Sukanusa. it feels like not going home. the place is close to the center of the crowd and the beach.

Honestly, I've never seen a bathroom hotel as nasty as this one! Looks like it's never been cleaned for centuries! The floor is so dirty, a lot of molds, spider web, and dirt.. really disgusting! It's also inconvenient that the bathroom is located on the first floor, while the bedroom is on the second floor.

Nice and friendly staff, nice place, pretty clean and neat

It's an amazing journey. The staff are friendly! This is our 1st time coming to this amazing place. The concierge tell us how to travel around this island and crossing to another island in just 1 day! For all tourists, make sure to rent a motorcycle since, by walking only, you won't get the full experience on this island! This hotel can provide you the motorcycle for rent as well. I will come back to this hotel again for sure.
