Extremely helpful staff. Even more beautiful than we imagined. The area around the hotel was very charming.

This place was an absolutely beautiful gem in our stay in Quebec City. The room was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. I was definitely glad we got parking on-site, which was 100% worth the extra cost. I didn't see any staff in person while there, but that was fine- kind of made it feel more like our own little apartment. However, we were concerned about how late we were going to arrive and check-in etc. and all phone calls were answered quickly, with an up-front menu asking if you'd like to be helped in English or French. One of the most popular Italian restaurants in town is part of the same block of buildings, so a great meal is just steps away. Couldn't recommend this whole place highly enough!!

The room was clean and well decorated. The bed was super comfy and was in great walking distance to everything we needed.

Wonderful, unusual hotel in the middle of Old City. Great location. Interesting rooms. No one on site so we had to figure things out for ourselves. No breakfast but options nearby. Loved it.

The hotel is in a great location with several very good restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and have a lot of character. Check in was easy…we did have an issue with a room code but it was quickly resolved. The staff checked in daily by text to make sure our stay was good. Parking is limited and the spaces are very tight so if you have a large vehicle it could be a challenge. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was lovely and had lots of character. The instructions to get into the room were very clear. I had to call for assistance and they were polite and very helpful

Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning was effective. Although staff were available over the phone, would have liked someone on site to deal with minor hiccups. Room code did not work initially but was sorted out over the phone. No lift, which was fine for us, but tricky for some with heavy luggage. Location excellent.

Hotel is ideally located to walk everywhere in Old Town Quebec. The room was large and very comfortable. The fully-autonomous check-in and essentially virtual front desk took a little getting used to, but they were highly responsive, so zero worries. Definitely recommend this property for getting into the heart of Old Quebec!

The rooms were beautifully furnished with antiques and beautiful art. The lobby was also beautiful. Staff was very responsive if we needed anything. Location was in the heart of Old City Quebec making walking very convenient. Loved it.

This charming hotel is in a prime location. Parking available to reserve in advance was a perk.

Beautiful historic building easy walking to restaurants and sights of the city. Limited on site parking needs to be booked in advance. Although it’s self check in we still found staff was very helpful on our arrival. Very comfortable bed and room with small fridge and Nespresso machine. You may have to walk up a circular stairway to your floor which might be challenging for some.

The only positive thing about the hotel itc location. Location is great. AC was good. The smallest TV I ever sean.
