Friendly staff, clean hotel, and nice location

Nice and clean

We stayed three night and the location was perfect for our trip. It was close to all the attractions we went to see and plenty of dining options.

The customer service was great

Very clean, comfortable and loved the king bed. Very comfortable. Breakfast was great too

Good stay experience.

Everything was great except the water pressure. We have stayed in many Holiday Inn Express Hotels and never had this happen. We could barely shower, the water pressure was so low.

Great location for shopping and restaurants! No plug in the tub, had to stuff a washcloth but made it work!

Family trip with, with other families, for a university event.

We enjoyed our stay at the HIE in Hamburg. Wonderful staff and room was nice and tidy. TY.

This hotel was amazing. I usually stay in Marriots but book this instead. The room was clean quiet. AC was quiet. Bathroom shower was great. Really neat light in mirror to. Couch was comfy. I will be staying there again for sure.

Just a one night layover. Satisfied our needs for rest and restaurants. This property has been updating their rooms the past several months and it is a great value if you are passing through.

Very nice, clean!

I got a room near the elevator so I could hear the elevator going up and down all night long. White noise helped with that inconvenience. Room was clean. Had a couple of small issues that I brought to the attention of the front desk when I left. Overall a decent day. I’m a runner and felt safe running in the area.
