Loved the stay

Good room and superb staff! The bed was comfy and the rooms very spacious! The room was near some popular bar so there was a lot of noise until 3 am but everything else was okay!

Checking in was lovely and the receptionist was very friendly. You have to check in another building not too far but they do let you know in advance so that wasn't a problem. Note that while the parking is free, you can only use the parking during your stays, so from 4pm to 11am for us for exemple. While it wasn't expected, it wasn't a problem for us either since the street parking around the area was free during the weekend. We had a reservation for a room with a king bed wich wasn't available due to plumbing problems and were put in another room with a sofa bed. The sofa had a big questionable stain on it's cushions from what looked like some sort of fluid that I would prefer not to think too much about it's provenance. The clerk had told us there would have blankets&pillow avaible for the sofa bed but I looked everywhere and could only find the pillow and no sight of any blanket. Normally I would just have called the reception about it but I wasn't sure how to go about it since we had checked in in another building and it was getting late. Room was spotless and everything was in great condition.

The room was without any stains or any issues. The parking was exactly where it said it was.

Wonderful stay, everything was awesome. I stayed in a studio room, it had all required kitchen utensils, fridge, microwave etc. Definitely recommended for anyone willing to stay in the vicinity.

Clean room

I rented a room here for my son as his head office is close by. When he got to his room he said there was dirt and dust in the corners of the room and the cupboards also had a layer of dust on them. I told him to go let the front desk know but because the check in was in another building it wasn’t ideal to let them know. Won’t be staying here again and it’s a shame because it is so convenient close to his head office.

The stay is excellent experience. Indoor parking is free and very convenient.

The bedroom floor wasn’t completely cleaned. There is one bulb out in the kitchen. The tea kettle is unsafe! It never shuts off and the power cord is too hot to touch. I will inform the desk at The Victoria about the kettle. The nearby night club was raucous until 3 am. November 29/30 25

Everything was good about this place other than parking. The underground garage is not meant for a larger vehicle so don’t stay here if you have a truck.

No complaints

Room was clean and building itself was quiet. Check in and parking was easy. Only complaints the head of the bed was lower than the feet which made it uncomfortable, the foot stole in the room was missing a leg so it could not be used and you could hear the music from the clubs around the building.
