Good place to stay in Petion Ville

They asked me for a security deposit in cash or credit card. I gave my credit card and they told me it looks like a debit card and they can't take the deposit.After several minutes, they ended up giving me the room because the problem came from their device.

The management in this hotel are horrible, they followed my wife and children around the entire hotel. They made false allegations by saying that my wife was cooking in the room, they controlled everything that my family was doing. Very very nasty management team, if I was the owner I would revoke the manager she is incompetent and not customer friendly at all. I spent 5 weeks in the hotel and it was horrible that is what my wife called and told me after spending 1260 a week for a room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone at all, the worst place she ever stayed she told me. We have stayed in many hotels in Haiti never that ever heard her complaint about a hotel like this. I should of made my family stay in the Oasis or El-Rancho or Kinanm. I don’t know what happen to this hotel I stayed here before years ago and the management staff was so friendly. It was a gentleman at the time that was the manger, it’s to bad that he’s no longer there. Worst of the worst. I had to move them to another hotel until the home which we are building is complete, we stayed there because of the violence in our neighborhood. Thanks Villa Theres hôtel for the worst experience ever.

The menu at this place is limited and very pricey

The personal was amazing,being close to my parents house I never used it,but this times I said to myself let’s try it,the experience come out great.thanks so much. Especial thank you to Jean restaurant’s personnel
